President
 Macro- MIMSA has its own card now for future events.
 Medical Ball, at the ball there was a calvarium of a fake skull stolen by a Portuguese
student, we will reimburse spolek and take whatever action they see fit to take.
 Elections Bruno will be told that in relation to his application for both Board position
and President he, in line with the constitution will be removed from one of the lists
(likely to be the board position list)
General
 There was a problem whereby the coat room assistant in F.N. Bohunice called one of
our students a “terrorist”, obviously this is unacceptable and the university needs to
be informed of the incident.
Treasurer
 Istyle- Jon asked them to put together some form of sponsorship for the ball; he was
informed that they have a sponsorship budget for every month and need to be
informed about these events further in advance in the future.
 Abajo money still owed to us from the freshers party, needs to be followed up more
rapidly.
 Phones- there has been progress with the cellphone project and a number of
contract options have been supplied and offered to the new board of MIMSA.
