 Ball- we will receive free tickets if we assist with setting up of the ball,
we have been encouraged to arrive early at the ball (earlier than
normal)
 Conversations with Spolek. We need to be careful when talking with
Spolek and try to improve relations with them. Spolek cardholders now
count as cardholders with MIMSA.
 Meeting with Czech Mobility centre- There is an Expat conference on
7th
December happening all day, we will attend when we can, try to get
the name of MIMSA out in the domain and tell about what kind of
things we have/ will be doing in the future.

Social
 Futsal, all the teams (except the Greeks) have paid. We will meet at
1:15 at ceska stop
 No music will be played at the event as it is unnecessary
 Cocktail party- still no venue as there is non-compliance with the places
we investigated. There was a point of value for money being brought
up, it has been decided that the event will go ahead as planned when
the venue has been confirmed.
Education
 Anatomy sessions are likely to continue after the bone examination to
continue to encourage students to take anatomy seriously.
 Chemistry sessions, names have been provided of people interested
and there has been contact with Prof. Taborska about how we proceed
from here
Clinical sessions- discussions in preparation for next semester have
been made with the vice-dean.
Treasurer
 Real spectrum- the people who we were dealing with have been made
redundant. They are the only ones who speak English so, when they
set up their own company we are likely to have sponsorship from them.
 Abajo, still no money from the freshers party, they are avoiding us.
IT
 E-poll still up on website
 We will change constitution in order for the possibility to vote online in
the future.
 Install office 2003 in order that the database be on the office computer
