Additions:
President
 Constitution is still being ratified according to Czech law, in the next general meeting it will be
needed to be brought up and read in its entirety with the students. This needs to be done within
15 days of wanting the change to be incurred. Also to be added should be the power of attorney so
that we are able to delegate tasks of MIMSA to a 3rd
party.
 There is a conference to be held in Brno on the 7th
of December 2010 to increase the awareness of
things that are going on in Brno.
 Medical Ball- we will help with tasks delegated to us.
 There were some problems with ticket sales due to admin problems in Spolek during sales to our
own students- the database will be updated in due time- and the list done in order according to
Uco number to make things easier for us and spolek in the future.
Social
 Cocktail party, happening on the 3rd
of December in Hansen restaurant. Will cost 7000-8000
Kc. Starts at 7 and ends at 10pm. Free entrance for cardholders 100kc for non-cardholders.
 Futsal review, people generally enjoyed the event; problems were that the refs were
unaware of the rules (they didn’t read them online) and people were obviously unhappy
with this situation.
 Shezad Javed- we had problems with this student due to his hot headed nature and lack of
composure both on and off the field- we banned him from the last match as punishment of
his foul language and abuse of both MIMSA board members and match officials.
 We need to in similar situations in the future take a step back in order to remain composed
ourselves.
 Ball problem- there was one futsal ball stolen. Sad that the event be marred by events such
as these however, it should be noted that we cannot be seen to make accusations (even
when we have due course to be suspicious of certain individuals, mentioned above) we will
reimburse Joao Olivera with the MIMSA ball as we were loaning his one when it was stolen.
Treasurer
 Books- we have books for sale in the office from a 6th
year students, we want to put the
books on the website and in any forum that will be constructed in the future on our
website. (Roye declines to manage this on the website and agrees to give Jon signing
access to the website)
IT
 We have a new computer from Helena and the IT dept. have agreed to reinstall the
computer with a fresh copy of office and windows in English.
