 Office phone can phone to outside the University however, will have
increased costs to mobile phones so, watch the cost.

 Halloween party Proposed for October 30th
from 10:30, we will open is
as long as people are there. We will have a cocktail list, 2400kc for the
bouncers, if we make 30000 at the bar, we don’t have to pay the
bouncers.
 Halloween shop, we should ask them for a discount.
 Indoor tournament is going to cost a lot of money to do
 PES – Playstation game, we need prizes for the competition
Education
 Pat a Mat should be finalised in the next week and emailed out to the
upper year students to contact the first years.
 Anatomy sessions time is being altered so that 2nd
year anatomy
students attend to help them with neuro. The time will be changed to
fit with all first year time tables.
 Czech lessons proposal to pair students in our program with Czech
students to improve relations between programs.
Treasurer
 Book sale again this week for students to sell books
 Apple week idea for a week when students can get a discount at apple
store using our MIMSA cards
 Owner of Hansen keen to give us sponsorship through pharm company
IT
 Moved the server from MIMSA.CZ to the med.muni.cz server.
 Passwords for the email accounts to be sent to Roye ASAP
 Trying to integrate more things from med.muni.cz to the mimsa.cz
