Additions:
President
 Done everything as far as we can with regards to ratification of the constitution with the layers
 We currently have all the signatures that we require for the process to continue
 Vasco is going to try and open a bank account with GE money bank in Ceska in the meantime
after a successful enquiry recently
 Stamp- We have found a place to get the stamp made
 We are going to change the office hours back to the original; Monday, Wednesday, Friday layout.
Social
 Medicke Puleni advertisement and information has gone out, everybody
in the 4th
year knows about the event however, there is resistance to
participate in the costume competition.
 Halloween party, we have a new Greek DJ; Anthonis who we are going
to try out and see the response he receives.
 Cocktail party, no response from Hansen restaurant.
 Pub Quiz- venues, Savoy (jakubske nam), perhaps a suitable venue,
has 2 floors
 PES tournament happening at 14:00 in the room next to the office
Education
 1st
years are having problems due to the lessons being taught by new
teachers. They have been set tasks of learning parts of the body
without having knowledge of any other basic forms of Czech- Adriano
will speak in a informal way with the head of dept. who he has a good
relationship with.
 Chemistry- they have problems with the teaching and content of
medical chemistry, thinking of perhaps approaching the Chemistry
dept. with a proposed solution.
IT
 Please have people check the website more regularly and would like to
ask there be a publicity campaign for the website itself
 Helena has asked us to assist in setting up a Facebook site for the
University.
 We have a problem that the email account stopped working this week,
the server go-daddy has been removed and, our website and domain
have been moved to the university servers.
