Additions:
President
 Lawyers are on vacation, will be back soon so we can start processing
of the new constitution.
 The lawyer is helping us pro bono, as such we need to have patience.
 We will hold group events with the ISC and IFMSA to gather us
together as a group soon.
 Communication needs to be improved between the board to avoid
confusion in the future over events.
 The cell phone project is going to be run by Jon and Roye
 Event reports for Orientation week are due ASAP
 GM to be held on 25th
October in the evening in Komenskeho Nam.
General
 40 MIMSA cards left

 Anatomy sessions poster
Social
 PES tournament to be held in the room next to the office on a
projector.
 Halloween party provisional date 30th
November in 7nebe.
Education
 Seminar room has been booked for anatomy sessions each week
 Stressed that they are not lessons but, study sessions.
IT
 We have the new computer and are waiting for it to be set up
 Gen sec needs MS Access to load the new updated database
 Some programs used for the email accounts “pull” the emails from the
server, we need to make sure this doesn’t happen to guard against
failure of our personal pc’s.
 Think we need to have the permission as in the constitution to
removed people from being student rep if, they are inappropriate as in
the case of Vishal Sharma whose conduct in the last year has not being
becoming to MIMSA as an organisation.
