Email to confirm with upper year students to confirm that they are still

Library Seminar
 The library would like to run a proper seminar.
 It is quite comprehensive so we need to decide on an appropriate time
for the students
To be honest we think that there isn’t going to be much interest in it
so, we should tell the department.
IS presentation
 Friday 1st
October
 Roye to organise and talk about the IS and all of its functions
Sunday Event
 Day in the park
 Maybe cancel the event due to lack of interest
Cocktail party
 The upper year students complained about not being invited to this
event.
 We need to explain to them why we did it like this, to help the first
years to integrate-
Constitution
 Finalizing the constitution is currently in the process of happening- a
lawyer has been hired to assist with this, as without it we are unable to
open our bank accountPlease
promote that our website is med.muni.cz/mimsa and not mimsa.cz as
we are having problems with the redirection at the moment

 Halloween party planning started
 Indoor sports tournament ideas are currently being formed
Education
 Anatomy dept. talk to them about starting a course for helping the first
years to study for the bones exam.
