Financial budget:
Personal budget: 2hours= 240KC per lane (was divided between 10 players->  24kc each) this price is
after special 50% discount we arranged in advance with the manager of the place.

Prizes for wining Person (I love Brno-MIMSA t-shirt)- 100kc

Evaluation of events:
Due to the large number of people, the all board members where required to handle a lane.

Since not all of them where available, the arrangement of groups and starting of games where
delayed in around an hour!

We have put in each lane a paper with 10 slots to be filled by the players. Then, when each lane
was full we sent the teams, one-by-one to pay (they collected money) and get the shoes.

What to do differently in the future:

Make sure all of the board members will come and take part of the organization.

Deal papers already on the way (Olympia bus) and get the Freshers arrange in teams, so upon arrival
to the vanue they will be able to start as soon as possible to play. (the games started relatively
late and finished late- everyone were very tired)
