sign with MIMSA- cc Dale/Vasco when using MIMSA name and if in
doubt mail Stuart too- Try to limit the amount of communication going
out also so as not to bombard people with email.

 Request: organisation of a brno cricket team that will travel to other
universities and face their cricket teams, and also to have other
university cricket teams come to Brno to challenge us

1) Pub quiz update & progress
- venue & facilities (mic and speaker system) available at venue,
-promotion mediums & teaser posters
-promotion via reps and committee - fill them in how to convey and hype up the
event to their year.
-try to plan details like entry costs etc (answer the unanswered questions from
last agenda!)
2) Nikos (5th year) Talk - planned date Tuesday 20th April
-explain the point to the board
-promotion mediums (posters, reps, committee)
3) Talk with and explain to the reps and committee the protocol that any
issues in their year should be emailed as soon as possible into the relevant
mimsa department so we can take action.
-Ensure we seem fully approachable and contactable to the reps and
committee
-Contact info of all reps and committee members
4) Generally: updates on any unanswered questions from last agenda
(would help if everyone bought their copy with them and highlighted what they
think needs more clarification).
