Supplement No. 1 to the Instruction of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of
Masaryk University No. 1/2021
to carry out an inventory of assets and
liabilities
as of 31 December 2021
I. Change of chairpersons and members of local inventory committees
(1) In connection with personnel changes, I hereby change the composition of selected
local inventory committees and appoint their new chairpersons and members in
accordance with Article II, paragraph 1 of the LF MU Dean's Instruction No. 1/2021
(hereinafter referred to as the "Instruction").
(2) A list of the inventory sections affected by the changes and the new composition of
the inventory committees, replacingthe relevant parts of Annex 3 to the Instruction, is
attached as Annex 1 to this Supplement to the Instruction.
(3) This addendum to the Instruction is also a mandate to carry out the inventory.
II. Final provisions
(1) This Supplement to the Guideline shall take effect and come into force on the date of
issue.
(2) The provisions of the Guideline not affected by this Amendment shall remain in force.
