Andrej Krištofík will be informed of the IP address of the device that you are using for uploading the file (3.142.54.202 - ec2-3-142-54-202.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com).
The person selected does not allow unauthenticated users to upload files into his/her Depository section. Provided you have a password for logging into the Information System, first log in and then upload the file. You can also contact the person and ask him/her to permit unauthenticated uploads.
