8. Women and men in conversation: social identities affecting communication
This topic opens discussions of the relations between culture and language. Cultural frameworks
give rise to particular languages which in turn shape and create cultural framerworks (read more in
source 1). Language learnning is thus interconnected with culture-learning.
Strictly speaking, any communication (dialogue, conversation, texting, etc.) between any two
persons can be considered intercultural. This holds true especially in the case of women
