Instead of the lesson that would have taken place on Wednesday 23 November, we will go on a field trip to the refugee reception center in Zastávka u Brna on Monday 21 November 2022. Bring your ID/passport (with the number you sent me) - without it, you can not enter the facility!

The train will leave on November 21 at 7:45 from the main station in Brno. We will meet at 7:20 a.m. in the main building of the station by the Billa store (https://goo.gl/maps/11d1pTShRGYPP7Gv5). We will buy tickets, possibly some snacks and coffee, and go. The train departs from the furthest platform, please be punctual. Those of you who are unable to attend the field trip will be given an alternative assignment.

Take a look at this website of the Refugee facilities administration of the Ministry of Interior: https://www.suz.cz/en/. Find out what types of refugee facilities we have in the Czech Republic and what purposes they serve. Then find out what facilities for refugees and for what purposes you have in your country and make a comparison with the Czech Republic. I will provide you with feedback on your essay during the field trip.
