I think that all content was beneficial for me! The most beneficial part for me was the practical information and useful suggestions (such as which particularly PC program to use for creation)
Learning about preparing an academic poster was the most beneficial part for me. Also, it was interesting to know how the words with same meaning can be used to describe different sentences.
