HOMEWORK FOR 9 MARCH

• listen to all four listening exercises from Unit 15, (see listening 1-4 below), consult the audio script in case you have difficulty understanding anything and prepare a short talk about Cris Smart´s company and what venture capitalists do

• do reading exercise on page 78  -  A business plan + exercises 1 and 2 on p.79

• read article of Unit 16 on page 16 about bonds

• do vocabulary review test for Unit 14 (below) (to be provided by the end of the week)

• print out file on graphs and graphs 2 and do all the exercises for the first file - graph description + business cycle (you might have done this in the previous term, in which case find the file and bring it to the lesson)

 

voluntary: those, who are interested, listen to a BBC interview with an American climber, whose story has been made into a film called 127 hours.
