What to expect
The course deals with key aspects of international management – it reflects the environment in which most of the companies operate these days. The objective is to provide an insight in the economic developments of the European marketplace and the impact on corporate structures and strategies. During the course, you will get an overview of topics that need to be solved in an international company. The aim of the course is to introduce the basics of international management and its key concepts. After the course, you should understand the global business environment, how it affects the strategic and operational decisions of managers, and mainly understand and apply the concepts developed in the literature.

It is necessary to be familiar with key basic management concepts (e.g. course MPH_AMBE Management and Business Economics).
