Dear colleagues.
Our goal is to help you to learn as much as possible under current unpleasant occasions and not to increase any stress you may feel right now.
Generally, we have decided to modify the syllabus dramatically in order to allow you to complete the course in a full distance regime, without any direct contact (even from your home). There will be no direct classes, lectures, presentations and/or oral exams. We cancel also an essay defence.
We have decided to reduce slightly the list of topics for this semester. We try to concentrate on issues we consider to be the most important. Unfortunately, we do not have time enough to design proper teaching methods to really train you in using some methods of public policy analysis. We are sorry for that.
Here, and below, you can find study literature, PowerPoint presentations, lists of tasks, and our instructions. We can promise you to do our best in order to help you to obtain the necessary competencies.
We certainly offer you also individual or group consultations via Skype or FaceTime or by other means. Fridays, from 9:00 - 11:00 is basically the time, we would like to offer you for such consultations, preferably after prior confirmation of availability by email.
