Pro diskusi na semináři nám poslouží dva analytické materiály. Jde to krásné příklad policy analysis (první z nich navíc policy advocacy, uplatňování schématu Informace + Zdůvodnění => Požadavek). Když říkám krásný, mám tím na mysli velice použitelný, nikoliv dokonalý. Čtěte kriticky, snažte se pro sebe idetifikovat silné a slabé stránky použité metodologie. Co by se dalo udělat či interpretovt jinak, přesněji či lépe?

Úkoly na seminář:
1. S využitím druhé (kratší) studie najděte příklady k jednotlivým pojmům v následující tabulce prvků, tvořících strukturu poklitického argumentu.
2. V první studii projděte pasáž 6.1.2.1 (Náklady na dopravní nehody). Připravte si k tam uvedeným argumentům (resp. k metodě odhadu a jejímu výsledku) tzv. Rebuttal - zpochybnění, námitku.
