Koncem semestru proběhne online nepovinné závěrečné setkání na 45 minut (datum upřesníme)

Závěrečné setkání slouží ke zreflektování kompetencí získaných během dobrovolnické činnosti. Své zkušenosti a rozvíjené kompetence si zarámujete pomocí metody STAR. Díky tomu budete schopni své kompetence popsat například během výběrových řízení nebo při plánování dalšího seberozvoje. 

Co vám účast na závěrečném setkání přinese?

• Získáte prostor zamyslet se nad smyslem své dobrovolnické činnosti a zreflektovat, jaké dovednosti jste si díky ní osvojili
• Rozšíříte si svou zkušenost s metodou STAR
• Zjistíte, jak můžete díky metodě STAR srozumitelně komunikovat své kompetence například v životopise, motivačním dopise nebo na pohovoru

Při splnění podmínek (účast na úvodním i závěrečném setkání a vyplnění formuláře) získáte certifikát od Kariérního centra.

At the end of the semester, there will be an optional online final meeting of 45 minutes (date to be specified) - ONLY IN CZECH.

The final meeting serves to reflect on the competencies gained during the volunteer activity. You will frame your experiences and developed competencies using the STAR method. Thanks to this, you will be able to describe your competencies, for example, during job interviews or when planning further personal development.

What will your participation in the final meeting bring you?

• You will have the opportunity to reflect on the meaning of your volunteer work and reflect on the skills you have acquired through it.
• You will expand your experience with the STAR method.
• You will find out how you can use the STAR method to communicate your competencies clearly, for example, in your CV, cover letter, or at an interview.

Upon fulfilling the conditions (attendance at both the introductory and final meetings and completing the form), you will receive a certificate from the Career Center.
