CREDIT REQUIREMENTS:
  * minimum 80% attendance (4 absences without a formal letter of excuse allowed)  and active
participation in seminars (i.e. systematic preparation for seminars, home assignments handed in due
time)
  * 60% score in the final test in the last lesson of the term, i.e. Thursday, December 11, 2008
  * summary of one of provided articles on a business topic by 30 October 2008
