PRESENTATION  No 3

                                     A 2-3 MINUTE NEWSREADING


You will choose a current issue (politics, business, not weather) and make it into a news article
which you will read as if you were a newsreader. You are supposed to use ppt pictures, videos,
headlines. You can even use the authentic BBC or CNN material (i.e. headlines and videos) but you
will produce your own sound (i.e. you will cut out the bits where the newsreader appears) . Please
ask a colleague to assist you with the technical side of your presentation while you read the news.


You presentation will have:

-          a beginning (welcome, introduction)

-          an overview of the main news (accompanied by headlines and videos)

-          2 or 3 news items in detail

-          an ending (including summary/reminder of the main news)


As this is a fairly short presentation, you are supposed to rehearse it at home until it is
perfect!!!!
