After introducing the basics of BPMN, you will focus on more challenging issues that will allow you to model more complex situations. The seminar will be delivered by Jakub Vrchlabský.

• Read the short interview which is transcribed in this file.
• Draw BPMN diagram of the process according to the content of the interview.
• Upload the BPMN diagram in IS (and bring it in the next class).
• You can earn maximum of 2 points.
