Week 11 - People context in BPM 28. 11. 2019

The goal of the lecture is to provide a different point of view that focuses on the role which people play in BPM. Culture is crucial for any BPM initiative because process-oriented organizational culture is one of the most important critical success factors of BPM. BPM cannot be managed effectively without focusing on knowledge of process participants and owners. Therefore, after this lecture, you will be able to explain how and why culture and people are important for BPM and how to use this knowledge in your BPA project.
