Peer review instructions
Read the abstracts sent to you and provide a peer review for the authors. Write a formal
text (not bullet points) based on the structure below. Each argument/point in your text
should be supported by evidence and, ideally, a recommendation or suggestion to help
the author improve the text.
• CONTENT (e.g. relevance, adequate coverage)
• ORGANISATION (e.g. overall structure, linking between ideas/sentences)
• STYLE (e.g. appropriacy for academic writing, appropriacy for an abstract)
• LANGUAGE (e.g. accuracy of grammar and vocabulary, spelling and
punctuation)
• OVERALL IMPRESSION (e.g. general comments on the quality of the text)
