Week 10 - Management Concepts in BPM 10. 12. 2020

The goal of the lecture is to systematize the discipline of BPM, with the use of the Six Core Elements framework by vom Brocke and Rosemann. The framework shows that BPM is not only about modeling and ICT, therefore strategy, governance, organizational and process culture, and people aspects are important and should be gathered as equal parts of BPM.
