This topic will introduce the workflow and phases of a business process analysis. This will outline the content of the rest of this course. You will be introduced to a system that you can use in your projects. We will also cover the very first step in the process analysis which is the analysis of an organizational strategy.

Homework 02:

The homework is based on the activity we did during the class. The goal is to finish the assignment based on the Part01.pdf and produce a document that answers the questions or fulfills the tasks. Relating the solution to the content of the interactive syllabus (e.g. Dumas et al. book and Jan Mendlig's videos) from the first two weeks is important. Those that were not present in the class can submit the homework too. For any questions, you can comment on the assignment in Google Classroom where you also should submit the assignment.
