You will be guided by the lecturers through the process of strategy creation. 


The final strategy consists of:

1)      Market analysis

b.       Competitive environment

c.       Customers’ universe

 

2)      Company self assessment

a.       Actual market position

b.       Product portfolio

c.       Service portfolio

d.       Organisation

e.       Financial performance

f.        Resources 

g.       SWOT

 

3)      Analysis evaluation & priority setting

a.       Criteria setting

b.       BCG matrix

c.       Hedgehog concept (good 2 gr8)

 

4)      Strategy setting:

a.       Vision creation

b.       Strategic goals setting

c.       Added value creation

d.       Marketing mix

e.       Organisation

f.        P&L projection

g.       Roll out plan

 

You will be divided to the teams of 4-5 and each team will present the progress on every seminar. Therefore the presence on the seminars is mandatory for minimum 3 members of every group. The groups will receive the feedback from the lecturers as well as from the other groups. The tasks for the seminars will be discussed on the lectures.

 

The final presentation is the most important part of the course, each team will present the strategies to the lecturers and have to be ready to answer the questions. Each team will receive a score in percentage.
