Explain legal form of ownership.
Is it
the sole proprietorship? (OSVČ)
the partnership?
the corporation? (a.s.)
the limited liability company? (s.r.o)
And why?
Describe leadership of the company and include an
organization chart, of you have one.
Explain how things get done
describe processes that support what
your company does.
for example
how your sales are generated, products develop or
services provided or developed?
List required licenses and permits
Lists all licenses and permissions your
company operates with or needs.
It is also opportunity to highlight a
special achievements or certifications
your company have.
