This lecture we focus on the holistic view of different agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM, XP, Crystal Clear, etc...). We see how several agile development models combine some of the practices we have seen in the previous weeks and what are the characteristics of such models. Scalability is also one topic that recently emerged within the agile context and we discuss the Scaled Agile Framework.
