Week 5 - Requirements Prioritization (part I) - estimating effort (planning poker)
Requirements prioritization is important to define the ordering of requirements for each iteration. As we will see, there are many aspects that can be considered to run effectively a prioritization process. One of the most important is the evaluation of the effort associated with the requirements: this will the focus of this lecture. In the agile context, one of the most used approaches for effort estimation is planning poker.
