Internal system periodically checks supply levels in the warehouse. When more than three types of flowers hit low level of supplies (less than 10 flowers), the message with supply levels is generated and sent to the employees.
One of the employees drives to the local flower wholesale, has to identify himself as a company representative and notifies manager if he fails.
Then he proceeds to buy specific amount of flowers which are low on stock and notifies manager if it takes him more than 45 minutes. The employee pays with company card (via external system of the wholesale) and uploads the
invoice to the system, so the supply levels can be updated.
If the transaction is declined, he notifies manager and cancels the purchase.
If the uploading of the invoice fails, the employee has to manually enter the purchased items to the system in order to update the supply levels.
Then the employee drives the purchase to the warehouse and notifies the manager about purchase.
