In the Employee Onboarding Process scenario, we are modeling a business process that outlines the steps required to onboard a new employee. The process starts with creating the employee profile and sending an offer letter. Alongside the offer is accepted, the background check is initiated and the IT department sets up the computer and software, provides security training, and creates user accounts. Finally, the new hire paperwork is completed, the employee's manager conducts orientation and provides training on job-specific tasks. The process is designed to ensure that new employee is integrated into the company smoothly and efficiently.
