Abstract: The presentation has two parts. First, we will talk about a python genomic benchmark package created in CEITEC and brainstorm an upcoming hackathon. Second, we will discuss the recent AlphaFold2 paper, protein folding problem, protein alphabet, and proposed AlphaFold2 architecture, and their innovations.
