# Gwenlian ## Main information - Target audience: (IS Brno), fantasy and outdoor games enjoyers - Target platforms: mobile + custom device - Genre: outdoor, team based, Domination-ish - Number of players: 50-100 - Number of player teams: 2-4 - Game length: 1 weekend/1-2 week/(1 month, probably too long for most players, but with dedicated players could be more interesting) - Projected release date: late 2024 - early 2025 ## Description Scattered around the city are magi-tech devices left by lost civilization. One type of these devices are consoles used to capture a certain area. The teams fight over ownership of areas (the goal is to own the most areas in the end). ### Capturing a console You can capture points by creating a lock using magic runes (collected throughout the game) placed in a specific configuration on the console. When enemy wants to capture already captured console they first have to break the lock by either interfering with it using magic runes or overwriting it usign a stronger configuration. ### Encounters Players have the option to interact IRL when they meet. They can exchange runes and other items. They can also fight, which can result in a player death. When a player dies they are out of the game for time proportional to the length of the game. ## Required team members - Coder (2) - everything - Designer - Lock system, battle system, other devices - Artist - runes ## Competition The competition is mostly other urban games such as Big Brother, Mafie and some cypher hunts.
