Learning outcomes of the course unit
Course objectives:

At the end of the course participants will acquire basic competencies in group management. They will be able to understand group processes and roles, learn how to solve conflicts, work
with group rules and their personality, and choose the appropriate forms of communication.

Assessment methods and criteria:
After the end of the course participants will give feedback and discuss their gainedcompetencies. Active participation is necessary.
