Course objectives: 

• to introduce basic professional vocabulary in relation to physiotherapy disciplines
• to improve the use of grammar and pronunciation, target level: B1+, B2
• to gain experience in presenting in English
• to improve reading, comprehension, speaking, interaction and writing skills in academic English

    Grammar included in the lessons is related to:
    Tenses, modals, conditional sentneces, conjunctions, irregular plurals, articles, comparing adjectives, 
    gerund and infinitive, passive voice, asking questions, giving advice.

Course policy:

There will be 13 seminars. The lecturer expects your active participation working in groups and pairs and completing a short homework activity every week.
A maximum of two missed seminars is acceptable.
For any missed seminar, all activities must be completed as home activities, including the homework tasks.
The seminar notes will be availabe before each seminar. Download them / print them out before the class to be able to work with them during the lesson.
