RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER

We offer specialized recruitment services for a range of sectors and fields.
We are currently looking for a student interested in recruitment who would like to join our newly built
division in Brno.
Main responsibilities
Your job will be supporting our consultant in searching through job portals, our internal database,
social media including LinkedIn and Facebook with the goal to find suitable candidates. You will be
also in charge of the first contact with the candidates discussing their experience and expectations.
Other ad hoc activities connected to the recruitment process can appear.
Requirements
This role is suitable for junior candidates (can be students) who are interested in recruitment. The
successful candidate should be able to work part-time in the center of Brno. Good communication
skills and fluency in English is needed. Some previous experience in administration or customer
service can be an advantage.
This position is suitable for students, graduates as well as for people with work experiences who look
for interesting position with potential for junior consultant role.
