EU after the Lisbon Treaty I (April 25, Kuchyňková)
The final 2 lectures will be devoted to the most pressing problems of the EU in the post-Lisbon era. The first one will evaluate working of some new instruments, mechanisms and structures. Which were introduced by the Lisbon Treaty. Special attention will be devoted to current developments in the areas of the CFSP and CSDP, which have been affected both by the institutional changes after the Lisbon Treaty and also by recent changes in the international area. We will discuss also the topics of the EU and the world after the Lisbon Treaty, the impact of the institutional changes, the problems of vertical, horizontal and institutional coherence in the CFSP after Lisbon etc.
