Obligatory activity: 

After having watched both the documentary Jump Britain and the Lecture by Stuart Hall, we will discuss in small groups and then have a class debate about whether subculture research can ever really be considered seriously by anthropologists, or should it remain to the realm of sociology and cultural studies.
