Feedback on Beatrice Papapietro´s draft of final paper


Beatrice Papapietro´s paper applies to answer the question of relationship between Eastern
sextremism and Western feminism throught the optics of transnacionalism. I found the topic really
interesting and extending the feminist approach.

The title of the paper is clear, comprehensive, while still catchy. It is obvious that Beatrice is
well acquainted with the field, the literature and the concepts of feminism very well. Just from
the draft it seems that the final paper for this course is a part of a wider work (possibly a
diploma thesis?) which shows in the research questions and elaborated hypothesis. I would like to
know more about how you are planning to study the specific site of encounter – its reflection in
academic texts, in media or in the actual performance of FEMEN?
