Liu’s Feedback on Lea’s Draft


Lea’s draft has a very neat title providing clear and basic information of her research, that we
can easily acquire the nature, location, and target group of it. I think it is a good approach to
understand the topic from two sides, both the host and home society as Lea wrote. This is also in
my understanding what transnationalism and transnational studies exactly focus on. What draws my
attention in the draft is the coverage of a wide range of nationals as the research respondents,
and, as it is not mentioned, I would be more interested to read about the research method regarding
a big target group like this. Nevertheless I suppose it is described in the original proposal.
