• read a part of the book on avoiding plagiarism by Linda Stern (Stern, Linda. 2007. What every student should know about avoiding plagiarism. New York: Pearson/Longman.)
• position paper. It should primarily reflect your understanding of this week's reading for General Sociology course - i.e. Giddens, ch. 1 and 2, and Ritzer, ch. 1.
