1) Formulate a brief research proposal (app. two paragraphs} that uses SNA including research
objective, research question, population, network border delineation, sampling method (if needed)
and data collection technique.  (5 points)

2) Create an R script that runs following operations.


·         Create a new script.

·         Create a matrix that corresponds with displayed network. (1 point)

·         Save the matrix as *.csv and *.txt files. (2 points)

·         Convert the matrix to a network.

·         Calculate the network density. (1 point)

·         Visualize the network (node labels do not have to be displayed). (1 point)

·         Save the script and upload it to the “Assignment 1” folder in Homework Vaults.
