Jana is a Senior Associate at Mustard Seed, a London-based early stage
venture capital firm, focused on investments in companies that generate
positive social or environmental outcomes alongside compelling financial
returns. At Mustard Seed, Jana is on the investment team and leads portfolio
management.
Previously, Jana was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she
worked several sectors (telco, consumer goods, healthcare, education,
financial institutions), functions (operations, strategy, organization,
marketing & sales), and geographies (UK, Malaysia, 5+ countries in CEE).
Jana holds Bc. and Mgr. degrees from FSS MU and an M.A. in Applied
Statistics from Columbia University, where she was as a Fulbright scholar.
