Required readings:
Selected pages from Earl Babbie's The Practice of Social Research. I didn't want to make your read five chapters because that's too many pages. These selected pages give a good overview of the empirical strategies one can take in research. In other words, it gives an overview of what everything is "data." If you would like to know more about some of the topics, you will find the book in the library.
