difficult challenge
- to
leverage production – gain maximum
advantage

sue someone – to take to court
- vetted
standards – verified, assessed,
evaluated, appraised, reviewed, considered, inspected, researched,
scrutinized
- the
public domain – not subject to
copyright or legal restrictions
- an
externality – a “subsidy”/gift from
nature
- a subsidy – a gift or grant from government for something deemed (thought to
be) advantageous/beneficial for the public
