Please checke closer detail in the Commercial Register). I am also not sure about the Seller’s VAT
and ID Number. Is there any chance to check them online in the commercial register of Netherlands?

n  Goods specification –Fibreglas Innertube dia 73 length 30 ft., End Cap 2 5/8 – CB 4 ¾ x 2 5/8,
Steel Clips 2 5/8 CB 4 ¾ x 2 5/8 and a woodem box acc. to the quotation No. CE-0904-013110, dated
18. 2. 2010.

n  Payment terms: 30 days after the delivery, via bank deposit (we have to find out their banking
details)

n  Delivery details: FCA in the place of business of the seller. Documents we need to be delivered
with the goods: Certificate of conformity, Commercial invoice and Packing list.

n  Passing of risks, passing of title  - not sure. Can you recommend me the best solution?

n  Warranties : We require 24 months from the day of delivery or 18 month from the day of
instalation of the goods, whichever occurs first.

n  Use of standard terms?  - I guess they use their standart terms in each offer. Is there any
chance to exclude them?

n  Risks you have to deal with? Yes, the goods must be instated by us no later then 15. 6. 2010. It
