You are working as Legal Counsel for one Czech Company. Your Colleeague (Head of Purchasing
Department) asked you to prepare a draft of purchase contract in order to buy the Fibreglas
Innertube dia 73 length 30 ft., End Cap 2 5/8 – CB 4 ¾ x 2 5/8, Steel Clips 2 5/8 CB 4 ¾ x 2 5/8
and a woodem box. The Seller is Halliburton B.V., Ampèrestraat 1G, PO Box 333, 1970 AH  Ijmuiden,
The Netherlands.

Your task is to draft a contract a answer following questions:

1)      Draft a purchase contract for the abovementioned goods.

2)      Which tasks should be regulated in the Contract?

3)      Are there any additional Information you need for the drafting?

4)      Write a request for the additional information you might need for drafting.
