Premoot in Dusseldorf

 

The information regarding premoot in Dusseldorf are similar to the information related to the other premoots.

The team will be divided into two groups which will travel separately. First will be all participants and Slavo traveling from Vienna on Thursday morning at 10:55 from Vienna (latest check-in is at 10:25). Be there in advance and enjoy the airport, because there is no chance how to change the departure time and the tickets will be cancelled if you be late at the airport. Tomáš H. will go to Dusseldorf directly from Prague (departure at  7:25) through Munchen where he will change the plane and go to the Dusseldorf at 10:30. We will all meet at 16:00 in the hotel Famosa where we will all live during our stay in Dusseldorf (link: http://www.hotel-famosa.com/index.php). The address and all necessary information are on the website. There are booked two double rooms and one room for four people. Tomáš H. will stay with Slavo, Eliška with Alica and the rest will be together.

 

At 17:00 will begin registration at the Law Firm HEUKING KÜHN LÜER WOJTEK. Therefore, we will all leave together hotel in the evening and be there at app. 17:30. At 18:00 will begin the reception which will end around 22:00.

 

On Friday morning will begin general rounds. The schedule of pleading is attached here. All information regarding this premoot are published on the official website of premoot as well as in the premoot booklet published on the respective website. We will participate on all official activities mentioned in the booklet if possible. The position of all participants will be announced soon on the Information System discussion forum.

 

The plane will leave Dusseldorf at 19:20 on Saturday (Latest check-in will be at 18:35). The whole team will travel to the airport together directly from final reception (The other agreement is also possible, but it will be necessary to leave somewhere the luggage - Tomáš H. will fly by different plane through Munchen again). Tomáš H. will try to convince the hotel service personnel for possibility to leave the luggage at the hotel if it be necessary.

 

The way how the team will get to Vienna and back is completely up to team members. Just be aware of the fact that the car should be mentioned by the e-mail to Tomáš H. in advance.Moreover, whole team should travel together. If anybody will travel do Bratislava or anywhere else, these expenses will not be reimbursed and he should mention it in advance as well to make it easier for the rest of the team to agree on way back.

Every participant should take 50 EUR with him for reimbursement of hotel price (+ personal expenses). The money will be than paid back from scholarship and the rest money given by partners. More information regarding financing will be discussed in Dusseldorf, because there is no need to do it in advance and there is also no chance to inform in advance.

There will be almost no expenses for participants with regards to Vienna (the whole accommodation was paid for 12 people in advance, Simona and Katka will join us) and the end of this year moot. We have gone a long way and heading to the end. Therefore, Dusseldorf will be the one of two remaining bastions ahead of us. When we will reach it and maybe even conquer it, it will mean the end of long journey for some of you. Therefore, please be aware of it and prepare as much as possible. There will be no chance to make the last two steps once again. First will be Dusseldorf where will be decided who will plead in the finals and the second and last one will be the "ONE".
