Attendance:

 

• Each student is required to attend the classes regularly. There will be 10 classes altogether. Minimal attendance is 80%, otherwise a substitute performance would be required. Active participation in class is expected.

 

• Each student is required to attend at least 2 pre-moots and final rounds in Vienna.

Preparation:

 

• It is necessary to get closely familiar with the case you deal with. Therefore, there is special questionnaire prepared to test your knowledge of the case. Each student must complete it once in a week until the final rounds in Vienna.
